As a Field Service Consultant, you’ll be the key point between your Salesforce team and the organization at large. You’ll possess a blend of Service Cloud expertise and strong consultancy skills, and will working with the most popular automated solution in the entire Salesforce Stack.
Our 2-year, Trailhead Academy Authorized Field Service Consultant Program blends paid training, certifications, and that all-important commercial experience working with well-known brands as Consultant, to guarantee a fantastic start on a lucrative new career path.
As a Salesforce Field Service Consultant, you’ll have a deep level of expertise on the world’s #1 CRM platform. You’ll support companies to see their missions through to success. You’ll combine expert planning and requirements understanding with the ability to implement automated solutions, to support companies to manage their agents in the field.
Your daily activities will include liaising between technical staff and the organization at large, as well as creating and managing new Service Cloud projects to ensure they deliver great ROI for our clients’ businesses.
The Revolent career program is a two-year journey that combines certifications, expert training, and commercial experience to kickstart your career in Salesforce.
You’ll undertake an intensive 13-week paid training course to earn your first 3 certifications and gain the technical know-how to support our clients with automated Service Cloud solution delivery.
During this time, you’ll receive extensive consultancy skills training, so you can be confident when articulating knowledge to clients and implementing solutions in a real-world environment.
Once trained, you’ll be placed on site with one of our industry leading clients. During your first placement (over 6 months), we’ll guide you through further training to become a certified Field Service expert, capable of transforming the way any Salesforce team uses Service Cloud.

During your time with us, you’ll be assigned a personal career coach who will work with you to develop a bespoke career development plan and help you to fill any skills gaps.

Great applicants will love solving problems, be confident communicators with strong presentation skills, and be able to manage multiple projects with a focus on high-value ROI.
To apply, you’ll need at least two years previous experience working in a commercial role, as either a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
You’ll be passionate about developing your career as a Salesforce Consultant and will be comfortable with high-level, client facing stakeholder management, and have strong commercial acumen.
Plus, you’ll have experience in processes such as: business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, building user stories, and implementation support.
This program is perfect for experienced professionals who are looking to cross train into Salesforce, but do not necessarily have any previous experience with the CRM. The ideal candidate loves solving problems, can clearly present multiple solutions to an issue, and has a strong background in tech and IT.
To be eligible, you’ll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in object orientated programming in a commercial setting and involvement in at least one full software development life cycle.
Experience with the following objective orientated programming languages is highly desirable:
Java, Javascript, C#, PHP, Python, C and C++
Experience in the following languages is also acceptable:
Objective-C, Ruby, Scala, Android
Beyond the technical side of things, to be a great Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer you’ll need to be an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and results orientated professional. You will be a problem solver, a confident communicator, have a passion for technology, and be highly focused on personal development.
Relevant industry experience (for instance, in businesses that deal with call centres, cases, or service/implementation-related workflows) is also beneficial.
We’ll give you a call to run you through the program overview, learn more about your experience, and answer any questions you have.
During the first-round interview, you’ll be asked more about your experience and background, as well as your technical capabilities.
