Adam Lawrence
Salesforce Consultant
I have worked with 5 different Revolent clients as part of their Salesforce teams, most recently in an agile project team of considerable size within a FTSE 250 Company.
My day to day tasks included maintenance and governance of the Salesforce Sales cloud platform as well as the Pardot Email Marketing Service, following GDPR acceptable practices and using Pardot emailing lists in which I was the sole administrator.
I have been tasked to provide working “proof of concepts” which involved the plethora of declarative tools Salesforce provides (process builder, workflow, Flow Builder) and utilised code to fulfil requirements (Apex). Following established change management protocols, I have taken part in the building and oversaw the completion of several projects.
2 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities included consulting clients on bespoke Configurations, system audits, leasing with product owners and executive management teams.

Rahime Melike Batu
Salesforce Developer
My current role requires me to meet with project managers to determine CRM needs and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. I also work on the integration between Salesforce and other systems as well as test the stability and functionality of the application.
I have previously worked on the designing & developing of digital products, both front-end and back-end, including websites and apps.

David Tawanda

Currently, I’m placed at a leading professional services firm as a Salesforce Developer doing both client-facing and development work. Day to day my role includes meeting with professionals from across the business, gathering requirements, mapping out processes, recommending solutions, writing up documentation, building prototypes, and presenting proof of concepts to the business. I also manage a development team in India, liaising between the client and the project team.
I’ve worked for several years as a software engineer in the SAP ecosystem, focusing on development and integration projects working for large consultancies.

Revathy Balasundaram

I have been working with various Revolent clients, my tasks include:
- Configuring and managing both new and existing Salesforce instances
- Defining flows to automate daily tasks in an effort to augment organizational efficiency
- Creating and implementing data quality processes utilizing automation whenever possible to enforce data integrity
- Building reports and dashboards to visually enhance complex datasets
- Strategizing with multiple solution architects to craft a robust system framework
- Training user groups to navigate Salesforce
I have previous experience with the implementation of the Salesforce CRM – including Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Communities, and Salesforce Mobile. Additionally, I have tested Sandbox environments in an effort to ensure functionality, improve business processes and support business improvement efforts as well as managed user acceptance testing prior to deployment

Rachel Martinez

- Determining the security and data access through OWD’s, Permission set, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Login restrictions as well as maintaining data quality.
- Automating the business through Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Approval Process and Flow and automating service and support environment through Web-to-Case, Web-to-Lead, Assignment and Escalation rules.
- Implementing Service console including Omni Channel, Open CTI, Macros, Case Feed, Knowledge Base and Entitlements.
- Configuring Apex classes, Triggers and Controller classes and Visual Force pages to meet the functional needs. Developing SOQL and SOSL queries to get data from different related objects.
I have 3 years prior experience in the Salesforce Data Integration Administrator where I implemented changes to Salesforce objects, assignment rules, fields, objects, record types, page layouts, workflows and validations.

Daniel Mackey

I am a Trailhead Ranger and hold over 200 badges. Day to day, my work for Revolent’s clients includes:
- Working with Salesforce Einstein, creating and configuring numerous Datasets and recipes
- Configuring reports to run independently within Einstein Analytics
- Creating various classes and triggers using APEX code
- Writing Unit Test
I have 2 years of prior IT industry experience in front end web development with a strong focus in Vue.js, Nuxt.js programming. I also have experience with Apex, Visualforce, data modeling, testing, declarative and Einstein Analytics.

Terry Shenker

I am a Techno-Functional consultant at Revolent and have recently completed an assignment with a Salesforce Partner. I was working on 2 projects, the first was a Field Service Lightning project where I helped configure service territories for a retail chain. On the other project I was a business analyst, here I helped one of the largest sporting organizations in Australia to overcome the challenges of a safe return to crowds in a COVID world. On this assignment, I was therefore able to leverage both my technical and business orientated Salesforce skills.

Karen Valeriano

I have over 10 years of experience in IT and have worked with different organisations. In my previous role I worked as a Senior Consultant for a consultancy and worked on multiple client projects within various industries. My role included Production Support Lead, Business Analyst and Application Developer. The majority of what I did is development doing back-end application using .Net which was my primary skill. I also have experiences in other stacks such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, PowerShell, and SharePoint.

Michael Durston

My current role involves delivering key Lightning Web Component projects for clients in the Recruitment space.
My day-to-day duties include:
Creating UX/UI design solutions using Sketch.
Programming lightning components.
Refactoring JavaScript and Apex code.
I have 2 years prior experience working as a Salesforce Data Engineer where I maintained 9 Salesforce Orgs on a daily basis.

Zachary Minnott
Salesforce Developer
I work with several Revolent clients to help with their Salesforce projects including designing and developing solutions using Apex Development, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Web Components, Process Builders, and Metadata.
In my previous roles I developed the entirety of an augmented reality application using Unity3D C# from the bottom-up as the sole developer, as well as integrated a serverless backend with Firebase to implement authentication and cloud database storage.

As a Salesforce developer I have worked with Revolent’s clients to help with various tasks including:
- Designing and developing a survey form using Lightning Web Components, Javascript, and Bootstrap
- Designing and creating Visualforce form with custom controller and controller extension to build custom user interfaces for web apps
- Automating processes with triggers, apex class, and test class to handle custom data
- Utilizing change sets to deploy custom objects, custom tabs, triggers, and apex classes
- Using sandbox for testing and migrating between Sandbox and Production environments for final implementations
