Sarah has 20+ years of experience in sales, working for a world-leading global recruitment PLC. She joined Revolent in July 2020, driven by a desire to offer clients and customers the opportunity to do something different while also giving tech professionals the chance to change their lives by becoming highly sought-after cloud specialists. As EMEA Sales and Global L&D Director, she advises clients on how Revolent can help them build internal capabilities and offers bespoke solutions to enable their growth.

Shortly after graduating with an MA in Global Financial Management in 2009, Line joined the Scandinavian division of Frank Recruitment Group (now Tenth Revolution Group). In 2012, she was transferred to the US team to help build the contract division, before she joined Revolent in 2019. Having been in tech recruitment for 13 years, she knew that the talent shortage was a growing issue for clients and partners, and no one had a solution to the problem. At Revolent, she heads up the Microsoft division in North America, working closely with Microsoft to roll the program out to some of their largest clients and partners. Her main responsibility is to develop relationships with clients and understand their talent requirements. She supports them through the journey of the program and works closely with Revolent’s Learning & Development, Account Management, and Talent Acquisition teams to create a tailored solution to their problems.
