Training and careers options

As a Salesforce Workforce Development Partner, we offer two options, our Salesforce Careers Program and our Salesforce Training, giving you the skills, certifications, and support to thrive in the ecosystem.
Careers Program
Our Salesforce Careers Program is designed to launch you into high-demand roles in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Business Analyst, Developer, Consultant, and more, with hands-on experience using Agentforce to support automation and AI-driven workflows.
You’ll begin with expert-led training and earn your first Salesforce certifications, while also building essential consultancy skills and learning how to design and deploy Agentforce solutions, use prompt-driven tools, and work with AI-powered workflows. From there, you’ll progress into a role with one of our placement clients for up to two years.
Throughout your placement, we’ll continue to support you with opportunities to upskill, gain further certifications, and apply your Agentforce and AI skills in real-world Salesforce projects to accelerate your long-term career.
Training
Our Salesforce training is built for professionals who want to grow their expertise and achieve official Salesforce certifications, including learning how to use Agentforce, AI-powered tools, and modern Salesforce workflows.
Led by industry experts, these programs combine instructor-led learning with hands-on practice to ensure you can apply your skills with confidence, including building and testing AI-powered solutions, working with Agentforce workflows, and using prompt-driven tools to support automation.
