We connect seasoned Revols who have been through the training with Revols who are just embarking on their career journey for extra support.

Regular feedback

You’ll have a dedicated Consultant Success POC who will collect feedback throughout your journey with us, including feedback on our trainers and the course.

Customized training journeys

We’ll provide you with a bespoke Professional Development Plan (PDP), which includes practical skills assessments and checkpoints, consultancy skills training, and regular reviews. We’ll also provide Tech Tasks—real-world challenges that will allow you to put your new skills into practice.

 

Lifelong access

You’ll have full support from our Learning & Development (L&D) team during your training and beyond. This includes lifelong access to additional L&D opportunities to keep your skills up to date.

Rewards & recognition

Our President recognizes and rewards all outstanding performers during quarterly Revol Round-Up sessions. Our Go Beyond Awards are granted to Revols across all locations for excelling on their client sites. We also enter our Revols for the Rising Stars and Future Stars in Tech Awards.

Release updates & Spotlight Sessions

We host regular release events to update you on changes and developments within the cloud industry. We also invite industry leaders, tech and business experts to deliver informative Spotlight Sessions, packed with insights and tips for your career journey.
