We exist to make careers in tech accessible to more people from a wider range of backgrounds, by driving more diverse talent into the ecosystem. This helps our customers build better teams and close their digital skills gaps.

To do this, we bring together people from a wide range of life experiences, ethnicities, and nationalities and cross-train them into lucrative careers as AWS, Microsoft cloud, and Salesforce specialists.

These individuals, known as “Revols” then work as part of our client teams, bringing new perspectives and experiences along with top-tier tech skills. All while gaining the practical skills and certifications they need to launch an incredible new career in the cloud.
