Revolent’s Learning & Development team has been supporting me in gaining further certifications while I’ve been on placement. My Revol Success Coach gave me additional resources and added me to existing Salesforce discussion channels for the Salesforce certification I was prepping for. Not only that—he’s also constantly motivating me by celebrating my successes with the Revolent and Salesforce communities.

Before Revolent, I was constantly interviewing and tailoring my resume. It was basically a full time job! But then I found Revolent. I wrote some technical documentation and presented it to them, before going through a couple of interview stages – then they offered me a position. It was a long time coming, but I finally got to move out of hospitality and into development!

I have a fantastic progression program in place. There are people in my team that are helping to build my knowledge as a Junior Consultant, specifically so that I can progress to Senior—and eventually—to Solutions Architect. It’s a wonderful opportunity and I feel really lucky!
