If you were at the recent Snowflake Partner Kickoff in La Jolla, you would have heard Tyler Prince, SVP of Worldwide Alliances at Snowflake, talk about Snowflake’s need to grow the number of certified SnowPro talent in the ecosystem at a 40% CAGR over the next 4 years to meet the increasing demand from clients and partners, enabling Snowflake to achieve its growth objectives.
Based on the current number of 15,000, this equates to 6,000 additional Snowflake specialists needed this FY, plus a 4x growth rate over the next four years.
