What happens during the training?
You don’t need any prior experience with AWS to cross-train with us. Our two-year career program will equip you with the technical skills and consulting know-how you’ll need to start a fantastic new career as an AWS Cloud Software Engineer. It includes:
- An initial training course led by our expert AWS training team; you’ll earn your first AWS certification in just four weeks
- Funded AWS cloud certifications and further support to earn extra certifications during your two years
- Hands-on labs to cover all core services of AWS and help you develop real-world experience
- Extensive consultancy training
- Paid work experience as an AWS Cloud Software Engineer with one or more of our global clients
- Access to our world-class support and development suite
Roles and responsibilities
Possessing an in-depth knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, AWS Cloud Software Engineers:
- Deploy and debug cloud-based applications
- Design and implement features in both front and back-end
- Design and implement full-stack interfaces and systems

We’ll support you throughout your time with us, and beyond. You’ll have an assigned Career Coach who will guide you as you navigate your new career in the cloud. Whilst you’re working on a client site, we’ll conduct regular check-in sessions to make sure you’re fully supported. We’ll also help you gain extra certifications, as and when needed. Application criteria for this program
We’re looking for experienced and highly motivated tech professionals with the following skills and knowledge:
- Development background with one high-level programming language (such as Python, Node js, Java, Go, or others)
- Experience of working in the SDLC
- Some exposure to CI/CD
