Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is important to us.

It measures our contribution to society, as we strive to make a positive impact around the world, and shows the value we place on ethics. Delivering on our social goals is key to sustaining our success as a leading talent creator. But most of all, it’s the right thing to do.

Revols for Good is an initiative where employees use their skills to help those that are less fortunate than ourselves, supporting charities and non-profit organizations in all corners of the globe with their Salesforce requirements on a voluntary basis. If you run a charity or non-profit organization and require support with your Salesforce projects, get in touch by emailing:

Baale Mane is an inspiring non-profit that works to empower disadvantaged girls by providing a home, education and holistic development to those from rural communities surrounding the city of Bangalore, India. Revolent has been supporting Baale Mane with their Salesforce project, improving the process and data collected within their CRM as a way to store key information about the individuals connected to the home.

We’re also proud to support St. Martin’s School in Kenya. Located in Kibagare, one of the poorest slums in Nairobi, the school provides a safe environment where children can play, learn, and receive regular meals, giving them the opportunity to excel. Equipping communities with the tools to succeed aligns with our mission of creating talent.

Our visits to Kenya have seen pupils benefit from resume workshops and 1-2-1 coaching and we have also organized several volunteering trips to help with the maintenance of the school and to set up hardware. Education, skills and infrastructure are the most important ways to create sustainability.

Regional fundraising

Closer to home, we also support our own employee charitable efforts with the causes closest to them. Whether that’s fundraising for natural disasters around the world, to running marathons or skydiving, we’re aware that our workforce come from so many walks of life, and that it’s our duty to support their own endeavors to help make the world a better place.
