Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Program - Overview

The Revolent Salesforce Marketing Cloud career pathway is a 2-year program which provides training, certifications, practical experience and ongoing professional & technical support to kickstart your career as a Marketing Cloud Consultant.

The 11-week training program, delivered by our Salesforce certified instructors, will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the technology, as well as a practical knowledge of how Marketing Cloud is used commercially. 

As part of the training, you’ll gain 3 salesforce certifications, which will maximize your earning potential and equip you with the skills necessary to build a successful career in Salesforce.

After training, you’ll be placed on site with one or more of our clients as part of their Salesforce teams, but your development won’t stop there. As we will support you to gain further certifications during your two years with us.

Support and development throughout your career:

You’ll receive a bespoke personal learning and development plan; including your own career development coach, to help you through challenges and improve your skills, until you’re the very best at what you do.

You’ll also have the wisdom of our Learning and Development team behind you, plus access to our support and development suite, which is specifically designed to help you overcome any learning barriers and close skills gaps, quickly.

This includes our highly touted Tech Tasks, the Revol Friend program, the Revolent User Group, and a the Revol Content Library.  

Beyond the two-year Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant program

With your certifications under your belt, two years of industry-leading commercial experience, and a network of experts behind you, you’ll have a number of lucrative options open to you, including:

Who should apply?

This program is perfect for experienced professionals who are looking to cross train into Salesforce, but do not necessarily have any previous experience with the CRM. The ideal candidate loves solving problems, can clearly present multiple solutions to an issue, and has a strong background in tech and IT.

To be eligible, you’ll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in object orientated programming in a commercial setting and involvement in at least one full software development life cycle 

Experience with the following objective orientated programming languages is highly desirable:

Java, Javascript, C#, PHP, Python, C and C++

Experience in the following languages is also acceptable:

Objective-C, Ruby, Scala, Android

Beyond the technical side of things, to be a great Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer you’ll need to be an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and results orientated professional. You will be a problem solver, a confident communicator, have a passion for technology, and be highly focused on personal development.

Relevant industry experience (for instance, in businesses that deal with call centres, cases, or service/implementation-related workflows) is also beneficial.
