Group President
Nabila joined the Board of Tenth Revolution Group in 2020, and as Group President of Revolent is responsible for leading on the creation of talent. Nabila previously worked at FDM Group and IBM and has accrued over 15 years of leadership experience in professional services, tech recruitment, and marketing in the UK and USA. Nabila plays an active role in encouraging, supporting, and promoting diversity in the workplace and has received multiple awards for her achievements.
Chief Commercial Officer
Ian joined us in 2016 after rising through the ranks at Hays plc, where he rose to the position of Director at their flagship office in London. As a board member of the Tenth Revolution Group, Ian is responsible for Revolents Global Sales strategy.
Boasting over 15 years of recruitment and sales leadership, Ian previously ran the US operations of Frank Recruitment Group, overseeing 750 recruiters and sales professionals across 9 offices. Ian is a 1st class honors Economics and Business graduate from Oxford Brookes University.
CEO, USA
Jon is a Technology and Operations executive with over 20 years experience building world-class teams, delivering customer success, and driving growth. He previously worked at PolSource, a platinum Salesforce SI, where he built the US team from the ground up to be one of the fastest growing and significant partners in the ecosystem. Jon has an undergraduate degree in computer science from Grinnell College and graduated top of his class with an MBA from Northwestern.

Mark joined in 2017, bringing over 25 years’ IT experience to the business. A Tech Leaders Awards’ CIO of the Year nominee, Mark has led the business through countless digital transformations and strategic business change initiatives across the organization. He also takes a leading role in developing the firm’s Strategic Alliance strategies. Before joining, Mark specialized in delivering complex mission-critical technology across both Capital Market and broader Financial Services sectors.
Chief Marketing Officer
Kashif has over two decades of recruitment experience. He launched his own start-up during the dot-com boom and learned all the tricks of the trade through a combination of practical experience and taking calculated risks. Kashif, who is a graduate of Imperial College London, joined the business in 2012 and has since taken the lead on product brand marketing strategies. His work on market focus and identifying fresh, feasible opportunities for expansion has been crucial to our ongoing international success.
VP Revol Success
Christine joined Revolent in 2022 to lead on the Revol Success pillar to help our Revols forge an amazing career in the cloud. Her approach combines Revol Support and Development Coaching for optimal efficiency. Christine brings over 20 years of experience in Customer Services, Payroll, and Coaching to the role, along with her expertise in navigating global markets. She loves working at Revolent because the company’s values align with her own belief that people perform at their best when they can express their creativity while working towards a collective goal.
Strategic Projects Director
Nigel is the Strategic Projects Director and Co-Founder. A qualified Chartered Accountant, before co-founding the business, he gained more than a decade of experience with the Bank of Scotland’s Treasury Services division. Before taking on the role of CCO in 2017, Nigel was Chief Financial Officer and was a key player in establishing our business processes across IT, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations.
Chief Customer Officer
Daljit joined our company in July 2020 having worked in the technology sector for 19 years. Her previous role as Chief Customer Officer (UKI) at Salesforce saw the Oxford graduate work with senior leaders across the business spectrum to help them transform their companies.
Prior to her time with Salesforce, Daljit spent 13 years with digital foundation specialists Alternative Networks, and more recently volunteered as a Social Media Advocate with The Trussell Trust – an organization that aims to tackle poverty and hunger in the United Kingdom.
Global Operations Director
James has worked within professional staffing for over 20 years. Having spent 10 years consulting in banking in both London and Sydney he moved into the IT sector in 2007. As an Operations Director for a FTSE listed organization, he played a key role in the restructuring of the business whilst managing a wide range of teams across the UK. James joined FRG in 2016 and initially led the European division of Washington Frank. Having expanded operations into a range of new countries he then additionally led the Benelux business for Mason Frank. In 2019 he took on the role of Head of Sales Operations where he primarily assisted in the running of the US business. In addition to his role as Head of Sales Operations he also led the TA teams in both the UK and US. James has a hugely varied skill set which will make him a great asset to Revolent as we continue our global expansion.
Director, Learning & Development
Ami leads the Learning and Development function globally and is responsible for the design and implementation of our training tracks as well as the development of our Revols throughout the program. Ami is CIPD qualified and Mental Health First Aid Certified and is a champion for ED&I within the group. Ami is a long term mentor with The Girls Network and is passionate about supporting emerging new talent and careers within the cloud industry.
Global Head of Account Management
Taylor joined our sister business Frank Recruitment Group in 2013 and has held multiple roles across our recruitment business including building and managing teams for our Netsuite and Salesforce divisions across the US in addition to running the Irvine, CA recruitment office. In 2018, Taylor transitioned to Revolent to help build the program in the US. Today, Taylor is involved in all aspects of the US business including operations and Customer Success and has a passion for working with the Revols to ensure they are set up for success.
Head of Marketing
Amber joined Revolent in 2020 and is responsible for building the brand globally, helping to attract both new clients and Revols. Prior to joining Amber previously worked for a FTSE 250 professional services company operating within the tech sector and has extensive experience within the events and publishing industry. Amber is passionate about helping people to start their career in tech and to ensure opportunities are available for as wide a group as possible.
Finance Director
Having qualified as an ACA accountant with Deloitte back in 2010, Craig brings over 15 years of finance experience to Revolent. Prior to joining the company, Craig was the Group Financial Controller at Frank Recruitment Group (now Tenth Revolution Group) for ten years, supporting the acquisition by TPG in 2016. He has also worked at the global giant HSBC, where he completed a graduate training scheme.
Director, APAC
Kyle joined Revolent as our Australian Director in 2019 and is responsible for our growth across APAC. Before moving back to Melbourne, Kyle spent eight years in London working in the Training industry, supporting some of the world’s largest tech employers to design and implement training programs for both new hires and existing staff. Kyle has played an active role in helping Salesforce to bridge the skills gap across their EMEA ecosystem and is known for leading the Salesforce Apprenticeship program at The Challenge and the Salesforce Tech Masters program at QA.

SVP USA Salesforce
An Accountant by trade, Stephen found his true passion for partnering with customers to solve problems when he moved into staffing with an FTSE 250 organization. Having worked across several industry verticals and different global territories during his career, he brought his expertise to Revolent when he joined the company in November 2021 to lead the Sales teams across North America within Revolent’s Salesforce Vertical. He feels very fortunate to lead a team of true market specialists who are passionate about Revolent’s mission to create net new cloud talent from a range of diverse backgrounds, helping customers bridge the talent gap and boost diversity.
SVP USA AWS
Inspired by Revolent’s unique business model, passion for innovation, and the ability to solve the cloud talent crisis, while leveling the playing field through DE&I hiring initiatives, Paul joined the company in November 2021. He brings over a decade’s worth of experience in Executive Search, Technology Staffing, & Consulting, which he gathered after an eight-year military career. Paul is the Head of our AWS division in North America and leads on designing new offerings to meet client needs. He loves that Revolent is an agile company, constantly evolving to meet the needs of their clientele, while simultaneously bringing more talent into the cloud ecosystem.
EVP USA Microsoft
Shortly after graduating with an MA in Global Financial Management in 2009, Line joined the Scandinavian division of Frank Recruitment Group (now Tenth Revolution Group). In 2012, she was transferred to the US team to help build the contract division, before she joined Revolent in 2019. Having been in tech recruitment for 13 years, she knew that the talent shortage was a growing issue for clients and partners, and no one had a solution to the problem. At Revolent, she heads up the Microsoft division in North America, working closely with Microsoft to roll the program out to some of their largest clients and partners. Her main responsibility is to develop relationships with clients and understand their talent requirements. She supports them through the journey of the program and works closely with Revolent’s Learning & Development, Account Management, and Talent Acquisition teams to create a tailored solution to their problems.
Operations Director, UK
Nobin joined us in 2012 as a Recruitment Consultant, having had prior experience in both sales and Investment banking. Within 12 months, he was managing teams dedicated to Microsoft and cloud recruitment. After spending some time in the US, Nobin returned to the UK in 2018 to build on the success of Revolent. Today, Nobin is involved in all aspects of the UK business and has a keen passion in seeing our Revols progress from training to becoming the future stars of the cloud industry.

Line joined our sister business Frank Recruitment Group in 2009 and has led multiple recruitment teams across Europe and the USA, as well as overseeing offices in New York and San Francisco. Throughout her career, she has been an advocate of women in the workplace and supporting the creation of new talent into the tech industry. Line won the Senior Management Award in 2019 and is now working within Business Development for Revolent in the USA.
