What you’ll do as a Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll have a deep level of expertise on the world’s #1 CRM platform, Salesforce.

You’ll help companies meet and exceed their missions by understanding requirements, boost productivity, and implement ongoing improvements to the Salesforce platform. You’ll be an expert planner, able to create and manage projects that really make a difference to the bottom line.

Once trained, you’ll work with one (or more) of our clients to jump-start and manage amazing projects and liaise between Salesforce specialists and key stakeholders.

Day to day responsibilities

The Revolent Salesforce Consultant Program – In Depth

This Revolent program is a two-year career journey that blends certifications, paid training, and commercial experience to kickstart your Salesforce career. With us, you’ll gain two certifications as part of your initial training, the Salesforce Administrator certification and one of the Salesforce Consultancy certifications including:

All our training is led by certified Salesforce instructors. As a Trailhead Academy Authorized Training Provider, you can be confident you’ll have the platform knowledge you need to make a difference for our clients. 

After your training and initial certifications, you’ll be placed onsite with one of more of our clients to support them with Salesforce projects and platform management.  

You may also wish to specialize within an area of Salesforce and undergo further training and certifications (supported and funded by Revolent). These could include:

Support and Development throughout your career

We will continue to invest in your professional development throughout your two years with us. We have a number of support programs in place to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your career as a Salesforce Consultant. 

We will also support you through additional certifications in line with your career development plan 

Beyond the two-year Salesforce Consultant program

Once you’ve finished the program, you’ll be fully certified and have 2 years’ experience working with the world’s #1 CRM. So what happens next?

You will be someone who loves solving problems, is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, and is able to manage multiple projects with a focus on high-value ROI.  

You will have at least two years’ previous experience working in a commercial role, as either a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst and will be passionate about developing your career as a Salesforce Consultant. You’ll be comfortable with high-level, client facing stakeholder management, and have strong commercial acumen. 

Who should apply?

You will be someone who loves solving problems, is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, and is able to manage multiple projects with a focus on high-value ROI.  

You will have at least two years’ previous experience working in a commercial role, as either a functional consultant or in business analysis and will be passionate about developing your career as a Salesforce developer. You’ll be comfortable with high-level, client facing stakeholder management, and have strong commercial acumen. 

Plus, you’ll have experience in processes such as: business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, building user stories, and implementation support.
