Program pre-requisites

Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer

Salesforce Omnistudio Developer and/or Consultant*

OR

Prior commercial Communications Cloud experience

Prior Telco implementation experience (minimum of 6 months)

Don’t worry if you don’t have this pre-requisite. To help you prepare for taking the Communications Cloud training program, we also offer a training program to help you obtain the Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification.
