What you’ll do as a Salesforce Admin

Once on site with our clients, you’ll be a vital part of their Salesforce operations to gain the all-important industry experience you’ll need to be a success in the world of Salesforce. You’ll automate complex business processes, create reports and dashboards, and train users on existing Salesforce processes.

The Revolent Salesforce Admin Program - In Depth

Our two-year Salesforce Administrator program combines certifications, paid training, and commercial experience with our world-class client list, to transform you into a confident, qualified, and in-demand Salesforce professional with an exciting future ahead of you.  

After an initial six-week paid training course, led by our Trailhead Academy Authorized expert training team, you’ll receive your Salesforce Administrator certification.  After training, you will be placed on site with one or more of our clients as part of their Salesforce teams, but your training won’t stop there and we will support you to gain further certifications during your two years with us.

Beyond the two-year Salesforce Admin program 

After your two years on our program, you will have the required experience, knowledge and skills to take the world of Salesforce by storm, so what happens next?

Who should apply?

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be one part business leader and one part tech specialist.

To be eligible for our program, you’ll need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical system administration, technical helpdesk support, or technical business analysis but you do not need to have any prior Salesforce experience.

Great applicants will also be keen to innovate, comfortable in bridging the gap between tech specialist knowledge and business acumen, and able to take the lead on implementing new processes (as well as updating old ones).

Plus, you’ll have some experience with any of the following: System admin, helpdesk, business analysis, end-user training, reporting, process automation, system maintenance, and user set-up.
